Marigot Bay

Arguably the most beautiful bay in all of St Lucia, Marigot Bay, is located in bay with a great view. It’s lie between the comfortable Caribbean coastal road and the bay.

The beach has lush green hillsides that are beautiful and offer a commanding view around that section of the island.

It was a perfect hiding place in its colony history it was used as a shelter and deep water allow the British fleet hid here from the French by covering their masts.

Marigot Bay was also the setting for the 1967 movie Doctor Doolittle, a claim to fame that has left a permanent mark on the names of some of the establishments.

It has water shuttles to ferry people to hotels on the other side of the bay.
